Keep the core client book in protected local storage, with App Lock and optional personal iCloud sync between your own iPhone and iPad. Optional online services are described in our privacy policy.
Booking website
With Pro, publish a business website with your services, hours and portfolio, and accept booking requests you confirm yourself. Customers get a private management code to change or cancel.
Free supports up to 15 active clients with complete profiles, records, photos, basic check-ins, CSV export, backup, restore, and deletion. Pro Monthly or Annual adds unlimited active clients and advanced workflow tools; existing records and privacy controls are never locked if Pro ends.
A booking request requires the merchant’s confirmation; it does not reserve an available time automatically. Pause / Resume controls stop and restart new requests without changing your page link.
Preparing version 1.0.5 for App Store review: import clients from another app’s spreadsheet export, one-tap rebooking and repeating plans, a manual waitlist, product and lot scanning, aftercare cards and retail refill reminders, optional inspiration photos and a booking policy on booking requests, and taking payment through the Square app, including Tap to Pay on iPhone where Square supports it. Version 1.0.5 also changes how upgrades work: a one-time Unlock Client Memory purchase unlocks unlimited active clients and every on-device feature, and the Pro Monthly or Annual subscription covers the business website, portfolio and online booking. These additions are not yet part of the public App Store release; Square payments require a Square account and the Square app.
